ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. Orders placed Friday will process Monday. Please allow 5-7 business days for orders to be shipped unless noted otherwise.
ORDERS CANNOT BE COMBINED. Multiple orders will result in multiple shipments. In the event that our shipping department is able to combine orders based on destination addresses, no refund for shipping or processing will be made. There will be no exceptions.
ORDERS CANNOT BE CHANGED. Once an order is placed it cannot be amended. It will either ship as ordered or can be cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. Addresses, sizes, colors, or items cannot be changed within an order after the order is confirmed. To receive a different product, that product must be ordered separately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. There will be no exceptions.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with orders placed on our site.
NO REFUNDS. HAIR/LASH EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days from receiving the shipment, unless the exchange is due to a mistake of our's. In the event of needing to exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive exchange instructions. Please obtain a tracking number for your package as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. All eyelashes/hair returned to us for a store credit or exchange must be unworn and in original packaging.
